What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Analysis & Insights (The "Brain")
- Proactive Revenue Intelligence: Don't wait for questions. Come to us with answers. Analyze our win/loss reasons, churn patterns, and customer segments. Tell us: "We are closing 2x faster in Gaming than in Fintech, let's double down there."
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor conversion rates at every stage (Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won). Identify bottlenecks and anomalies.
- Forecasting Accuracy: Help us move from "gut feeling" forecasting to data-driven predictability using historical data and pipeline velocity.
2. Infrastructure & Hygiene (The "Engine")
- Advanced HubSpot Architecture: You are the master of our HubSpot instance (Enterprise tier). You design and maintain Custom Objects, complex Workflows, and Operations Hub programmable automation.
- Data Hygiene & Migration: Clean up "dirty data" (duplicates, outdated contacts) using AI tools and scripts. Remove this burden from the leadership team.
- Integrations & Automation: Connect HubSpot with our ecosystem using n8n (preferred) or Zapier.
- Critical integrations: Zendesk (Support), Odoo (Billing/ERP), and our internal Gcore Platform.
