Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and teams, someone they turn to for real support, not just processes.
Design, launch, and drive employee engagement initiatives, from early ideas to execution and measurable impact.
Support teams through growth and change, helping people adapt and stay connected.
Help managers navigate team challenges, improve collaboration, and increase effectiveness.
Contribute to workforce planning, helping leaders plan team growth and capacity in line with business priorities.
Participate in people-related budgeting, including headcount and cost planning.
Support salary planning processes, helping leaders make fair, transparent, and business-aligned compensation decisions.
Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to managers and employees to support performance and development.
Work closely with the HR team and cross-functional partners to create a consistent and positive employee experience.
