• In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement fulfillment by leveraging your expertise in procurement strategies and supplier management, ensuring that our supply chain remains agile and responsive to business needs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute procurement actions that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Managing purchase order contracts to ensure materials & parts are delivered on time at the right cost

• Working with suppliers on their commitments to forecasted demands while, when necessary, driving recovery & maintaining lines of balance to track progress

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement practices and enhance supplier relationships; ensure communications and statuses are clearly articulated and available in a timely manner that satisfies their need

• Support procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management

• And other related activities & tasks as assigned by management

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools

• Proficiency in MS Office
