Program Overview
The Gen-X Program is designed to transform high-potential Ph.D./MBA talents into the leaders of tomorrow with a cross-functional mindset, strategic business acumen, and innovation-driven leadership.
It will offer a unique leadership development program of approximately 18-24 months duration. Gen-X serves as a career differentiator, providing the training, expertise, experience, and mentorship required to assume a leadership role at GenScript.

Who are we looking for?
- Applicant graduated in 2025 or be expected to graduate in 2026 with a Ph.D. degree in life science, or, MBA degree with 3-7 years pre-MBA career experience/education background in Life science.
- Possess proven track record in dealing with complex challenges or a solid research background in gene synthesis, protein expression, and related molecular biology techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and executing experimental workflows.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to grow and excel in cross-functional areas.
- Have a strategic mindset and possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.
