AC Technician/Electrician

Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, including chillers (knowledge of York screw chiller YVAA is an added advantage).

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and execute necessary repairs.
• Inspect, install, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential system issues before they escalate.
