In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision. You’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts
• Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs
• Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain and monitor support equipment (dryers, loaders, color feeders)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation
• Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects
