About the role

  • We are looking for a tenacious sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. This is a heavy outbound sales role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on generating new business. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and selling insurance compliance solutions and adjacent software solutions directly to multifamily owners and operators.

What you'll do

  • Heavy Outbound Prospecting: you will build your own pipeline from scratch, within a defined territory. Cold calling will be expected, along with other strategic communications  to identify and engage decision-makers at multifamily management companies.
  • Drive revenue by selling insurance programs, such based on resident compliance solutions (resident liability, HO4, Dog Bite) and software solutions (pet screening and adjacent solutions).
  • Deal Qualification & Pipeline Management: Vigorously qualify leads to ensure fit and financial viability. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
  • High energy, resilience and a competitive drive to move quickly and win.
  • Territory Development: Systematically map and attack your assigned territory to uncover new opportunities with property owners and third-party managers.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume, outbound sales role. You must demonstrate a track record of self-sourcing leads and closing B2B deals.
  • 1-2 years selling similar business solutions at an executive-level 
  • Clear mastery of multithreading diverse groups of stakeholders.


Nice to Have


  • Experience selling to multifamily real estate owners, operators, or property managers
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
