This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences.
- Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (TA, HR, Ops).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments.
- Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Compensation: PHP 30,000–45,000/month (based on experience and performance)
