Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or talent sourcing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with academic institutions and student organizations.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
- Comfortable conducting candidate interviews and shortlisting based on skill and potential.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel to campuses and attend events as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in entry-level hiring or university partnership management.
- Familiarity with PH university networks and academic cycles.
- Knowledge of digital recruitment campaigns and campus referral programs.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with students and representing a strong employer brand.
Department: Talent Acquisition
Work Setup: Hybrid / On-site (for campus visits and partnership meetings)
Compensation: PHP 28,000–40,000/month (based on experience and performance)
