About the Role

This role is responsible for segmenting talent pools, identifying specific skill gaps, and enrolling participants into tailored programs designed to build readiness, confidence, and role alignment — serving as a key bridge between Emerging Talent Management and L&D Enablement.

This role is responsible for segmenting talent pools, identifying specific skill gaps, and enrolling participants into tailored programs designed to build readiness, confidence, and role alignment — serving as a key bridge between Emerging Talent Management and L&D Enablement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, coaching, or enablement — preferably in a BPO, staffing, or workforce development setting.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to teach both technical and soft skills.
- Experience creating or delivering customized training programs for varied learner segments.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple cohorts or programs.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, competency frameworks, and assessment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Background in career development, job readiness, or talent incubation programs.
- Experience facilitating role-based simulations or mock client sessions.
- Understanding of competency-based learning design and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborative and creative mindset, capable of refining training models in real time.
Department: Customer Success Enablement
Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 35,000–50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
