We’re looking for a Customer Activation Manager to ensure that every new client’s journey begins on the right foot — with clear expectations, aligned timelines, and transparent communication around sourcing, VA readiness, and training milestones. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Talent, and Operations, resetting expectations when timelines shift and ensuring clients remain informed, confident, and engaged throughout the activation phase.

This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Talent, and Operations, resetting expectations when timelines shift and ensuring clients remain informed, confident, and engaged throughout the activation phase.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, or customer success, preferably within BPO, SaaS, or managed service environments.
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to set and reset expectations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with overlapping timelines and moving parts.
- Excellent coordination skills across departments (Sales, Talent, L&D, Operations).
- Proficient in using CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing clients in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling client onboarding delays or timeline resets in a high-volume service environment.
- Familiarity with training readiness or workforce deployment processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric tone.
- Background in account operations, enablement, or cross-functional client management.

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 40,000–60,000/month (based on experience and performance)
