We’re looking for a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer — the analytics backbone that powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability.This role owns the creation of data-driven workforce intelligence tools, including utilization scoring, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, and attendance risk flags, ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance and capacity health.

Qualifications
- At least 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Experience with automation tools, bots, or workflow integrations (Zapier, Make, internal scripts).
- Proven track record building data models or utilization frameworks for service or workforce-based businesses.
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to translate data insights into operational actions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / remote workforce environments with utilization and attendance monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling or risk flag algorithms.
- Background in managing data governance or ETL processes between multiple systems.
