This role is key to minimizing hiring risks by validating candidate credentials, employment history, and identity documentation — ensuring that every assistant deployed meets our security, reliability, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in background verification, compliance operations, or HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and validating records.
- Familiarity with employment verification procedures, risk checks, and privacy regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple verifications simultaneously.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information securely.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with background screening tools or vendor platforms.
- Knowledge of local and international verification standards (e.g., NBI, SSN, education, credit).
- Understanding of data protection and information security protocols.
