This role is responsible for driving qualified applicant volume through strategic ad placements, audience targeting, and conversion optimization — ensuring every peso spent brings measurable results in cost per qualified candidate (CAC) and applicant funnel efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally for recruitment or lead generation.
- Proven success managing TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Ads with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in Ads Manager tools, Google Analytics, or equivalent performance dashboards.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad design, messaging, and testing.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Background in recruitment marketing or HR tech advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS integration for ad tracking and applicant flow.
- Experience with UTM tracking, A/B testing frameworks, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CAC optimization, funnel reporting, and LTV analysis.

Compensation: PHP 45,000–70,000/month (based on experience and performance)
