Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial activities
  • Draft, format, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and trial materials
  • Coordinate and assist with discovery processes, including document production and review
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Maintain case calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely filings
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed
  • Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (complex litigation experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation processes
  • Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
