A highly capitalized, Atlanta-based real estate development and mixed-use ownership group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting operations across a growing multi-property portfolio. This is a hands-on, highly visible role reporting directly to executive leadership and positioned for long-term growth and development.

A highly capitalized, Atlanta-based real estate development and mixed-use ownership group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting operations across a growing multi-property portfolio. This is a hands-on, highly visible role reporting directly to executive leadership and positioned for long-term growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day accounting operations across 50+ properties and operating portfolio assets
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting
- Oversee tenant accounting, rent collections, and CAM reconciliations
- Handle lease accounting and property-level financial analysis
- Partner directly with executive leadership on budgeting, forcasting, and financial insights
- Support transition from QuickBooks to a future ERP system (Yardi strongly preferred)
- Build scalable processes to support portfolio expansion
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of accounting experience
- Public accounting (Big 4 or similar) strongly preferred
- Real estate, multi-entity, or property accounting experience
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and tenant accounting preferred
- Yardi or MRI experience highly preferred
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
