A growing industrial services company is seeking Inside Sales Account Managers to join its high-volume sales team. This role focuses on managing existing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.

A growing industrial services company is seeking Inside Sales Account Managers to join its high-volume sales team. This role focuses on managing existing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 85–100 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and existing clients
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and new business
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and recover lost business
  • Partner with distributors and clients to expand sales pipeline
  • Track activity and manage accounts using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of inside B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
