Job Overview
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers within CNS – Middle East's Dubai office. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and delivering technology-driven solutions aligned with client needs. The Sales Manager will oversee strategic account planning, client relationship management, and the execution of sales initiatives across multiple verticals, including government, enterprise, and commercial sectors. The role demands strong leadership, market insight, and a deep understanding of the system integration landscape in the Middle East.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market trends to support proactive sales strategies.
- Regularly report sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent adherence to internal sales processes, CRM usage, and company policies.
- Support team development through mentoring, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
