We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Engineer to provide dedicated technical support for printing infrastructure and Managed Print Services (MPS). The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in installation, configuration, system upgrades, secure print deployment, and print server infrastructure management. The role is responsible for delivering installation configuration and second-level support for Print Management Solutions such as PaperCut, MyQ, SafeQ, and related platforms. The position requires prompt handling of customer incidents, effective troubleshooting, and coordination with centralized service teams to ensure optimal application and device performance. The Solution Support Engineer will play a key role in maintaining SLA compliance, ensuring operational continuity, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through timely completing the new project and issue resolution and technical excellence.
- Install, configure, and support Print Management Solutions including PaperCut, MyQ, SafeQ
- Deploy and manage print servers, secure print environments, and authentication integrations (AD/LDAP)
- Provide first-level support and basic second-level support for Print Management Solutions including Papercut, MyQ, SafeQ, etc
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and version migrations with minimal business disruption
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability of enterprise applications.
- Act as the primary on-site technical point of contact for MPS-related issues
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives and follow standard service procedures
