Job Overview
- Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Receive, inspect, and tag laundry items; identify stains, damages, or special care instructions and confirm prices with the customer.
- Generate accurate bills using the POS system and handle payments (cash, card, or online).
- Ensure items are correctly tagged and prepared for handover to the factory team.
- Communicate special instructions to the factory (delicate items, stain removal, express service, etc.).
- Follow up with the factory on pending or special orders and update customers accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints, delays, or missing items professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Promote additional services, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and branch you are assigned to.
- Monitor and restock retail supplies such as tags, forms, and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer orders.
- Support branch promotions and assist in upselling value-added services.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
