Job Overview
- Control and monitor all material movements including receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, and returning materials.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are updated in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, preservation, labeling, and identification of materials in accordance with company procedures and vendor recommendations.
- Maintain material traceability and ensure all supporting documentation, certificates, and inspection records are properly controlled and filed.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and report material discrepancies, shortages, damages, and non-conformances.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, construction, and maintenance teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Generate inventory, material status, and stock movement reports for management review.
- Support project material tracking from receipt through final installation and handover.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, quality requirements, and material management procedures.
