Are you an ambitious recruiter with around 18 months or more agency experience and ready to take the next step in your career?

At Global Commissioning, we're growing rapidly across the UK and Europe, supporting some of the world's largest data centre and mission-critical projects. We're looking for a driven Recruiter who wants to move into an in-house role and become a true talent partner to the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to step away from sales targets and focus on building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and playing a key role in shaping our growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and professional roles
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent across the UK and Europe
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment projects
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 18 months' recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
  • Ambitious, proactive and eager to develop into a true Talent Partner
