Job Overview

The US Recruiter at GFT will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right candidates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions and identify key competencies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support during the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Willing to work remotely.
  • Willing to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday.
