🔥 Campfire Migration Analyst | ERP Data Migration Specialist

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Campfire Migration Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ERP data transformation projects.

If you have the perfect mix of accounting knowledge, technical skills, and Excel wizardry, this role will put you at the center of exciting client migrations. 🚀

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Extract financial data (transactions, chart of accounts, and other objects) from QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.
• Transform and map data between legacy systems and Campfire ERP software.
• Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated balances.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies in financial data during migration.
• Collaborate with project tea ms to ensure a smooth and timely transition for clients.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Must be Certified Public Accountant
• 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or ERP software migrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures.
• Skilled in data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving.
• Excel expertise (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• QuickBooks Online / NetSuite (advanced)
• Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Data extraction and transformation tools

💼 Work Requirements

• Full-time role (40 hours/week)
• Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work during critical migration windows
