The Salesforce Admin will be responsible for managing the Salesforce environment to enable our sales and marketing teams to work efficiently and effectively. This role includes implementing best practices, maintaining data integrity, and providing support and training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and updates of the Salesforce system, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to track sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand their needs and provide appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functions, features, and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and maximize Salesforce capabilities.
- Assist in data cleaning and migration projects to ensure data integrity across the system.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud modules.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to train and support end-users.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
- Willing to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
