Airline Reservation Agent

Global Jet Luxembourg is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Flight Coordination department as a Reservation Agent. 

The crew travel department is in charge of organizing staff travels: from booking flights and hotels to arranging car rental at the best price. Constantly in contact with the crew, the department has to ensure that crew members are given all the information necessary for their travel.

• Manage reservation and bookings : coordinate and manage flight and hotel reservations, utilize

• Arrange for car rentals

• Provide the crew with travel information including itineraries, accommodation details, and transportation arrangements

• Book and plan the pilots and flight attendants’ training sessions

• Provide day-to-day administrative support
