GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for an HR Coordinator to perform day-to-day operations of the Human resources department. One of the main functions is to support the employees on daily HR issues when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain all employment records—both digital and physical—including attendance, hiring, termination, transfers, promotions, and all types of leaves.
- Monitor and update employee attendance on the HRMS daily to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Control and follow up on employees’ leaves (sick, annual, bereavement, business) in coordination with relevant stakeholders (HODs, company physician) to keep records accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with insurance providers regarding all employee-related matters, including medical and life insurance.
- Process monthly mobile and internet allowances.
- Handle employees’ day-to-day requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly archived.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee social activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Participate and assist in Job Fairs and employer-branding activities.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including schedules, attendance, materials, and post-training documentation.
- Process overtime submissions and ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
- Prepare employee attestations and employment-related letters as needed.
- Handle reimbursement requests by verifying documentation and ensuring timely processing.
