Gogoprint, Asia Pacific’s leading online printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and provide quality services to customers. You are going to join the customer service team which ensures the customers have a smooth journey with us.
This includes:
Answering customers through emails, Whatsapp, Facebook and tickets on a daily basis
Supporting 2 countries: Malaysia and Singapore
Passing leads to the sales team when a customer is ordering a lot or asking for a custom job
Collaborating with other departments regarding complaints through our complaints dashboard that will have to be correctly completed to ensure a smooth understanding of the issue for the other departments
Identifying and relaying recurrent issues to find a long-term solution and avoid those issues to happen again
