Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase company sales volume.
Conduct proactive outreach to establish and strengthen relationships with business customers in Singapore, building a reliable and loyal client base.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential leads within target markets.
Handle inbound leads, ensuring responsive and professional communication with all business customers.
Present Gogoprint’s products and unique value proposition effectively to prospective clients.
Gather and understand customer requirements via phone and email, providing guidance on printing products to meet their needs.
Prepare and deliver customized quotations based on customer specifications.
Negotiate terms and close deals to secure business.
Accurately record all interactions and sales information in the CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with the production team to manage timelines, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Execute additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager to support overall team objectives.
