We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to serve as a strategic link between our supply chain, in-house production, and logistics partners. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment journey—ensuring that every order is produced efficiently, meets our rigorous quality standards, and reaches the customer on time.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who can balance the technicalities of production planning with the negotiation skills required for vendor and 3PL management.
1. Production & Workflow Management
Manage the entire order lifecycle from artwork approval to final product delivery.
Oversee the prepress and artwork preparation processes for accuracy and print-readiness.
Assign jobs to suppliers based on pricing, capability, and lead time.
Ensure job output either arrives at our factory or is directly delivered to customers as planned.
2. Supplier & Outsourcing Coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with print suppliers.
Monitor pricing, lead times, and quality standards.
Ensure outsourced jobs meet service level agreements (SLA).
3. 3PL & Logistics Oversight
Supervise third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delivery issues and exceptions.
4. Team Leadership
Directly manage three key leaders:
Production
Supply Chain Leader
3PL Leader
Guide and develop the operations team through coaching, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
5. KPI Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze KPIs across the supply chain, artwork, production, and logistics.
Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement in operational lead time, customer satisfaction.
Implement process improvements and technology to enhance operations.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and IT to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively.
