Job Overview

GoMining is scaling its global acquisition engine and is hiring a Media Buying Manager to source, negotiate, and manage direct paid media partnerships across international markets.

This role is perfect for a commercial-minded buyer experienced with publishers, mobile ecosystems, and high-volume inventory owners.


Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and close global media partners capable of delivering scalable paid acquisition — including regional publishers, ad networks, super-apps, mobile ecosystems, telcos, fintech platforms, and gaming inventory owners.
  • Negotiate and activate direct media buys (contracts, IOs), including pricing models, floor rates, volumes, currencies, payment terms, and optimization SLAs.
  • Build and execute partner investment strategies with forecasted CPA, LTV, blended CAC, and ROAS impact.
  • Design deal-driven acquisition frameworks backed by incrementality, margin leverage, retention metrics, and cross-regional learnings.
  • Own partner performance reporting and deliver actionable insights aligned with analytics teams.
  • Monitor delivery, enforce inventory quality, and ensure partners meet delivery commitments.
  • Align commercial objectives and partner strategies with global product, growth, and business teams.

Requirements

    • 3–7+ years of direct media buying or programmatic guaranteed experience.
    • Strong commercial acumen: IO negotiation, partner margins, legal alignment, currency & payment terms.
    • Experience managing delivery enforcement and inventory accountability.
    • Ability to work with cross-cultural teams across markets and time zones.
    • Experience with app-based products (mobile-first environments).
    • English B2/C1 — able to communicate effectively with global partners.
