Construction Project Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience in managing projects in the energy and electrical engineering sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Full management of construction projects: from planning and budgeting to project delivery and commissioning.
- Preparation of construction schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Oversight of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Interaction with regulatory authorities, obtaining permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Organization and control of occupational health and safety standards.
- Management of procurement and tenders, conducting negotiations with suppliers.
- Reporting to senior management on timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the energy and electrical sector (substations, power plants, data centers, industrial facilities).
- Hands-on experience working with contractors in tenders and procurement procedures.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to manage distributed teams.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher — for negotiations, reporting, and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
