Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience in managing projects in the energy and electrical engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Full management of construction projects: from planning and budgeting to project delivery and commissioning.
  • Preparation of construction schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Oversight of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
  • Interaction with regulatory authorities, obtaining permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Organization and control of occupational health and safety standards.
  • Management of procurement and tenders, conducting negotiations with suppliers.
  • Reporting to senior management on timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the energy and electrical sector (substations, power plants, data centers, industrial facilities).
  • Hands-on experience working with contractors in tenders and procurement procedures.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to manage distributed teams.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher — for negotiations, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
