Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst / Business Assistant who will support executive decision-making through modeling, data control, and operational coordination.

This role combines analytical work, product support, and operational assistance — ideal for someone who is fast, structured, and comfortable working directly with top management..


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist with procurement and logistics of mining equipment (selection, delivery coordination, cost tracking).
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics:

– NFT pricing

– automatic shutdown system

– “miner in installments” product

  • Develop and update profitability and cost-efficiency models for hosting services.
  • Maintain several operational spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring daily updates and 100% data accuracy.
  • Prepare short reports, insights, and options for decision-making.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong technical or mathematical education (preferred universities: MSU Mechanics & Math, MSU Physics, MIPT, MEPhI, HSE, NES).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to build clear, scalable models.
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, cross-sheet dependencies, scenario modeling).
  • English C1+ — ability to communicate in an international environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong discipline, and ability to manage several parallel workstreams.
  • Fast learning ability and readiness to work directly with executives.
