Remote Mental Health Therapist – LCPC / LCSW-C / LMFT

Location: Silver Spring, MD
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Position
You’ll provide video-based counseling, manage a defined caseload, and keep documentation organized and up-to-date. Administrative tasks like billing and scheduling are handled centrally.

Essential Duties

• Conduct intake and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete diagnostic impressions and risk assessments
• Collaborate on treatment plans that reflect client goals
• Maintain accurate notes and EMR documentation
• Join virtual clinical and team meetings when offered

Requirements

• Active Maryland license as LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• Outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Comfortable with remote work routines and technology
