Location: Waipahu, HI
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
Provide therapy sessions entirely online, serving clients seeking regular, structured support. The role includes assessment, ongoing treatment, and clear documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Conduct ongoing teletherapy sessions on a stable schedule
• Develop treatment plans and update them as needed
• Document all client interactions in the EMR
• Join remote trainings and case reviews when available

Requirements

• Active Hawaii license as LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience working with outpatient-level clients preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms daily
