Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Highlights
Provide virtual outpatient therapy to individuals looking for structured, goal-driven care. You’ll have a set caseload and clear expectations for documentation and communication.

Key Tasks

• Conduct virtual assessments and weekly therapy sessions
• Diagnose using current clinical standards
• Build and track treatment plans alongside clients
• Maintain compliant, detailed electronic records
• Attend virtual meetings or trainings when scheduled

Requirements

• Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
• Clinical experience with adult and/or teen clients preferred
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with online platforms
