Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Sanford, ME
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
You’ll support clients through online therapy sessions, focusing on practical strategies they can use in everyday life. The structure of the role is designed to keep your time centered on clinical work.

Main Responsibilities

• Complete intake and diagnostic assessments via video
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly teletherapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans and measure progress against them
• Maintain detailed notes within the EMR
• Join remote clinical meetings or trainings when scheduled

Requirements

• Active Maine license as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus
• Comfortable delivering all care virtually
