Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: San Jose, CA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
You’ll offer virtual therapy to a steady caseload of clients, focusing on clear goals, practical tools, and consistent follow-through. Your day will be built around scheduled sessions, documentation, and occasional team case reviews.

What You’ll Do

• Provide video-based individual therapy sessions
• Complete intake and diagnostic evaluations
• Create treatment plans with clear, realistic objectives
• Maintain session notes and documentation within required timelines
• Join case consultations and team check-ins as needed

Requirements

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Experience in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Solid skills in assessment, diagnosis, and short- to mid-term treatment
