Virtual Mental Health Therapist –LCSW / LCMHC / LMFT

Location: Greensboro, NC
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
Provide online counseling services to individuals seeking steady, outpatient-level support. You’ll have a structured weekly schedule and a clearly defined caseload.

Main Duties

• Complete intake assessments and risk screenings remotely
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions by secure video
• Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Maintain clear, organized clinical records in the EMR
• Engage in remote team calls or supervision as scheduled

Requirements

• Active North Carolina license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Outpatient or telehealth experience is valuable
• Comfortable providing all services online
