Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Los Lunas, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary
You’ll provide therapeutic services through telehealth, from assessment through ongoing treatment, within a structured outpatient framework. Scheduling and referrals are coordinated by support staff.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake and diagnostic interviews online
• Deliver ongoing individual therapy sessions
• Create and update treatment plans focused on clear goals
• Maintain detailed electronic documentation in the EMR
• Join remote team meetings and case conferences as planned

Requirements

• Active New Mexico license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
• Experience providing outpatient-level therapy preferred
• Comfortable working fully online with a defined schedule
