Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Gilbert, AZ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
You’ll provide structured online therapy, supporting clients with anxiety, mood issues, trauma histories, and everyday stress. Scheduling and referrals are handled for you so you can stay focused on clinical care.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled video sessions for adults and/or teens
• Carry out intake assessments and formulate diagnoses
• Develop, track, and update treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and other documentation promptly
• Join virtual team huddles, supervision, or trainings

Requirements

• Active Arizona license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline
• Prior experience in outpatient or virtual therapy is helpful
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
