Virtual Mental Health Therapist

Location: Plano, TX
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
You’ll offer structured virtual therapy sessions, working within a clear schedule and a well-organized telehealth platform. The focus is on steady, high-quality outpatient care.

Primary Duties

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions
• Complete diagnostic interviews and updates
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
• Document services accurately in the EMR
• Participate in online huddles or clinical discussions as needed

Requirements

• Active Texas license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field
• Outpatient, community, or private practice experience preferred
• Comfortable working fully remote on a structured schedule
