Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
You’ll work with a mixed outpatient caseload via secure video, delivering structured therapy and keeping care plans up to date. Scheduling and referrals are organized for you.

Core Functions

• Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments remotely
• Offer regular therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Document each contact and intervention in the EMR
• Take part in online team or clinical meetings

Requirements

• Active Tennessee license as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
