Location: Eugene, OR
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
You’ll offer outpatient-level therapy online, meeting with clients through a secure video platform and documenting care in an EMR. Clear expectations around scheduling, caseload, and documentation keep the work predictable.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Assign diagnoses and update them when appropriate
• Collaborate with clients on treatment plans and goals
• Maintain timely, accurate records in the EMR
• Join periodic virtual team and clinical meetings

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Experience working with a broad outpatient caseload
• Proficiency with telehealth tools and documentation systems
