Location: Owensboro, KY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Snapshot
You’ll provide virtual therapy to a defined panel of clients, with a focus on clear treatment targets, regular follow-up, and solid documentation. Support staff help manage non-clinical tasks.

Your Role

• Conduct intake interviews and initial assessments online
• Provide ongoing video-based therapy sessions
• Draft and update treatment plans with client input
• Maintain detailed notes and records in the EMR
• Join remote staff meetings and clinical check-ins

Requirements

• Active Kentucky license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• Background in outpatient mental health preferred
• Ability to organize your day around scheduled telehealth sessions
