Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary
You’ll provide online therapy to a regular caseload, focusing on practical coping strategies, symptom management, and measurable progress. A centralized team supports scheduling and billing.

What You’ll Handle

• Video-based individual therapy sessions
• Intake assessments and diagnostic work
• Treatment planning and ongoing progress monitoring
• Documentation of all contacts in the EMR
• Participation in virtual team or case meetings

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Background in outpatient or similar settings preferred
• Good time-management and communication skills
