Senior Digital Marketing Manager - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead our paid search, app and video performance strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll own investment decisions across key channels, act as a digital subject matter expert, and collaborate across functions to drive measurable results.
You'll join the Acquisition team and report into the Head of Acquisition. The role also includes line management of one Performance Marketing Executive.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the strategy for Paid Search, App and Online Video marketing
- Build and optimise measurable testing plans to drive channel performance
- Collaborate with Product/Tech to enhance app marketing capabilities
- Apply attribution and incrementality models to assess impact and guide investment
- Work with Brand, PR and external agencies to deliver joined-up digital activity
- Act as a subject matter expert and share best practices across the Acquisition team
- Manage key platform partnerships (Google, Microsoft) to unlock innovation
- Translate performance data into clear, commercially relevant insights
- Line manage and coach one direct report
Who You Are
- Expert in Paid Search, App and Online Video campaign delivery (especially Google Ads)
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with Excel confidence
- Track record of running impactful digital campaigns using attribution and test-and-learn frameworks
- Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional environments (e.g. Product, Brand, Tech)
- Experienced people leader who coaches for performance and development
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
