Senior Project Manager, MES

As our new Team Lead and Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading a highperforming global team and rolling out our MES solution across international production sites. This dual role combines leadership of a global team focused on operational applications, particularly MES, with comprehensive project management responsibilities for the MES Program and other core production

applications.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, inspire and grow a global team dedicated to the development, implementation, and optimisation of operational applications, with a primary focus on MES.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with GPV’s strategic goals.

• Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high performance.

Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end rollout of the MES Program and related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring for MES and other core production applications.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, factories and regions to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with business objectives.

• Foster a uniform way of working across the different business units in close cooperation wit our operational management

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Negotiate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to secure resources, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.

• Act as the primary point of contact for MES-related initiatives, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

• Be the trusted point of contact for all MES-related initiatives.

Process Optimisation:

• Drive continuous improvement in operational applications to enhance production efficiency and scalability.

• Ensure the MES solution aligns with GPV’s global operational standards and delivers measurable value.
