Global Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Global Key Account Manager who will take a leading role in driving the business forward by overseeing the strategy, performance, and relationships of our key customers, particularly those operating across multiple OBUs. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and growing the share of wallet and top‑line revenue, while also increasing the BOM margin at the consolidated group level.
Key Responsibilities:
Sets customer strategy aligned with market strategy and drives related initiatives
Develops deep understanding of client business models and decision-making processes to anticipate future needs
Coordinates cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions meeting customer requirements
Collaborates with local account managers on strategy execution, budgeting, pricing, and negotiations
Conducts QBRs, monitors performance, and takes necessary actions
Serves as the main point of contact for customers, handling escalations and claims
Leads negotiations on pricing, contracts, and other commercial aspects
Reviews customer performance and works with OBUs to address any gaps
Manages the customers' buy grid and its connection to our organization
Works closely with OBU management to develop long-term business plans for customers
