We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer / Engineer – MES & Production to join our team and take a key role in managing and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) while supporting production operations.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support the Aegis MES across the organization
• Integrate MES with shop floor equipment, hardware, automation systems, ERP, and PLM platforms
• Support NPI engineering teams and ensure engineering changes are accurately reflected in the MES
• Capture and manage quality data at critical control points
• Customize reports, dashboards, and user interfaces based on business needs
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability
• Provide technical support and user training
• Drive continuous improvement using MES data and insights
• Maintain proper system documentation and change records
